Returns & Exchanges

At ESN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ESN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box and include a printed copy of your return authorization.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
